We want radical acceleration of technology

Instead of a slippery slope, instead of a gradual, imperceptible techno-induced evolution of societies and cultures. This way we can see where we have been and where we are going. We can see the differences so that we can know if we are going the wrong way - or what changes need to be made in our course.
